David Signorile – President and Founder Before founding ADI Logistics, David Signorile held executive management positions at Argenti and Jordan Blouse, two large apparel importers. Prior to that, he held similar positions at Streichler Trucking, a third-party logistics provider. David is an accomplished sailor and fisherman. |

Robert Shaw – VP Sales Before joining ADI Logistics, Robert Shaw was a sales executive at Computer Associates, one the world's largest information technology (IT) management software companies. Prior to that, he served in similar positions at UPS and RPS (since acquired by FedEx), where he gained experience both in third-party warehousing and in the transcontinental transportation industry. Mr. Shaw holds a BS in Education from the University of Maine. |

Mike Zhang – CFO Prior to joining ADI Logistics, Mike Zhang worked as an investment banker covering emerging market traditional industries. As a part of the Pantheon Acquisition team and a partner of R.W. Baird Private Equity in China, Mike was instrumental in the IPOs of several global Chinese companies. Mike holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and MBA in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University. |
